Q: How far in advance should I book my trip?
A: For best availability and rates, we recommend booking hotels and popular tours 2-4 months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons or major events. For complex, multi-destination trips with multiple transport connections, we suggest starting the planning process 3-6 months ahead.
Q: Can I hold a reservation without payment?
A: Policies vary by supplier. Hotels may offer a short courtesy hold (24-48 hours). Tours and private transport services typically require an immediate deposit to secure your spot. We will always clearly state the deposit and payment terms before confirming any booking.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), bank transfers, and PayPal for your convenience.

Q: Are your prices all-inclusive?
A: Our quoted prices include all mandatory taxes, fees, and service charges for the hotels, tours, and transport you select. This also includes the services of our representatives, tour guides, and the welcome buffet. A: Prices for hotels, tours, and transport are subject to live availability and dynamic pricing. A specific rate or space is only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment, as per the supplier's policy.
Q: Is there a service or booking fee?
A: We apply a professional planning and service fee for creating customized itineraries that coordinate multiple hotels, tours, and transport elements. Simple, single-service bookings (e.g., one hotel stay) typically do not incur this fee.
Changes & Cancellations
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Each hotel, tour operator, and transport provider sets its own cancellation terms, which we will provide in writing before you book. These range from fully flexible (with possible fees) to non-refundable discounted rates. Please note that our planning fee and any non-recoverable costs paid to our on-ground team are also subject to our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend reviewing all policies carefully.
